Thermography and the root of all evil

(Continuing my delve into alternatives to standard medical practices)

This week, I welcome Jacky Groenewegen, owner and founder of Mindful Wellness Medical Thermography, to discuss what thermography is and how it can be used to identify problems before they morph into something much bigger, like cancer.

We also cover how thermography is one of the hands-down best ways to identify inflammation throughout your body (the root of all evil, as Jackie so rightly puts it) and - the reason I stumbled across it in the first place - how it compares to mammography.

Along the way, Jacky dishes out tons of great advice, including the reasons women shouldn’t wear a bra (at least not a tight-fitting one), how to reduce inflammation by getting back to the basics, and the necessity of being the Chairperson of your own "wellness team."
